What this website collects
The enquiry form collects what you type into it — name, company, email, telephone, and your message. We use it for one purpose: answering you. It is delivered to our mailbox and kept as ordinary business correspondence. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers or analytics. The only thing it stores in your browser is your light/dark theme choice, which never leaves your device.
What our products store
Customers of YouFlow and YouFlow Eng enter their own business data into their own workspace. That data belongs to the customer. Each customer’s data is isolated from every other customer’s, encrypted in transit and at rest, exportable on request in open formats, and deleted when a customer ends their service and asks for deletion. The details are set out in each customer’s service agreement.
Your rights
Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent you have given. Write to info@zb-international.com and we will answer within a reasonable time, normally the same working week.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date. We do not change it quietly.
